I'm Ray. This is the page that gets you to me. Email, mailing address, or press inquiry. Three short forms below.

This is not medical advice. Bring health questions about your own body to your doctor.

Three Ways to Reach Me

Email, mail, press.

01 — Email

Best way to reach me.

For most things, just email. I read every message that lands in the inbox. I do my best to reply to all of them.

02 — Mail

If you'd rather write a real letter.

Here is the mailing address for paper correspondence, returns, or anything that benefits from a stamp.

03 — Press, partnerships, and interviews

For journalists and podcasters.

Mention "press" in your subject line and you'll move to the top of the queue. The short bio below is paste-ready for show notes and articles. Cover image and additional headshots available on request. For book inquiries, the easiest path is the book page.

Ray Taylor is the author of Type 2 Ain't My Type and the founder of Divorce Diabetes. After a 2018 Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis and four years of climbing A1C numbers despite triple-therapy medication, he stopped his prescriptions in June 2022 and rebuilt his health through food, fasting, and movement. His A1C went from 11.7 to 5.5 in three and a half years, all without prescriptions. He writes about what actually works for adults managing Type 2 Diabetes.

This is not medical advice. Anything in the press bio reflects Ray's personal lab results and choices, not a clinical claim about anyone else.

Quick Message

Or write me here.

If email is faster for you, use the address above. If a form is easier, this one drops into the same inbox.

No selling. No sharing. The only person reading this is me.

If you do not get a reply within four business days, the message likely got eaten by a spam filter — try the email address above instead.

What to Skip

Save us both some time.

Three things that go better somewhere other than my inbox. Sending them to me delays your answer, not speeds it up.

Everything else — write me. I'm here.

This is not medical advice. Nothing on this site, in my book, or in any reply I send substitutes for a conversation with a clinician who knows your full picture.
